being new to the area, i've only seen suzanne 3 times, & already love her. beside being very professial, prepared,and knowledgable, she is personable & caring. i can't say enough good things about her. i thoroughly enjoy my visits with her.

I couldn't finish checking in on line unless I gave you money. Bad choice.

This was my annual Medicare physical. I noticed that the Fit test and mammogram are no longer done for anyone over 75. I realize this is a government paid physical so I'm assuming our government no longer thinks we're worthy to be tested right? Nothing against my provider at all just wondering.

The wait time was a bit long

Probably not our best visit since the electronic record system was down and I had previous visit information with a specialty provider that I wanted to discuss with my PCP.

Even though their computers were down the morning I went in, everyone behaved professionally and were friendly and calm, and I felt well taken care of.

Susanne has absolutely transformed my relationship to health care. It's very overwhelming and scary and these are weird times, but she had empowered me in my health and well being, and supported me in ways I that will last a true lifetime. Lacked empathy, didn't hear me out, wouldn't refer me to a pelvic floor therapist because I've had csections I didn't "push". Poor bedside manner.

The provider did not knock on the door before entering. Just walked right in. I needed to change into a gown before the exam and it would have been nice to have a knock before entering to ensure I was properly dressed.
