The check-in was very smooth and my experience with my check-in nurse was also very pleasant. My time with Monica Declercq was helpful, informative, and left me feeling at ease. I do feel a bit overwhelmed because a prescription was prescribed and it was denied by my carrier. Even though this prescription is necessary for medical needs, my carrier declined. Because I wasn't sure what to do, I did reach back out via MyChart and was not helped. I feel if it is a medical condition and the medication is needed and if it has been declined, the doctor should actively

I could have gone to hospitals or clinics closer to home but the welcoming and concerned atmosphere of this clinic was the deciding factor for me. I have so much confidence in this place that I needed to return for upcoming surgery. We had no confusion as what to do next as we moved from station to station. Thankyou for your attitude and comfort.

Everybody got me through my appointments and everything went smooth. We were out a half hour early thank you. MHP.

I can't say enough! From walking in greeted by the information lady to every person involved. Check in nurses Drs my Councelor everyone is so friendly and helpful and seems very concerned to help me. And it's always in a way I can understand. I've been retired here for almost 9 years and haven't had anything but feeling like everyone really does care

Many online pre-visit questions are overreach and have nothing to do with medical conditions - seemed more like a social services questionaire. I asked the receptionist if answers to questions prompt referrals to social services resources, but receptionist had no idea.

Even though they listened to me, I don't think they're fully understanding. There's something more wrong. Too many times You get overlooked because you're not in the normal range. And they try to fit you into that category

Monica was very compassionate about my pain issues. She consulted with my primary care physician before recommending a pain relief protocol and her protocol is helping me with my pain relief and helping me sleep and I'm very happy with her care.

Being greeted by name during checkout and scheduling is fantastic, really makes me feel good. Provider and I discussed a care plan which made me feel heard and understood but also satisfied with an incremental health care approach. Really good service.
