24-7 nurse hotline was a great help to me

The check in was a bit clumsy because of insurance problems in the Emplify system.

This was much needed and very helpful. Elise is an amazing care giver. I am fortunate and grateful to be able to access care of this quality. Thank you.

There was a snafu with check-in and I had an hour wait but once I met with the NP the appointment went very well. She answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand them. She was very knowledgeable and kind.

My former doctor retired so I needed to find a new provider. I thought I had one but then she went on sabbatical and I got to see Elise Christensen. I am so glad! She is wonderful and I will be continuing to see her.

The only negative was I had to wait 30 minutes in the exam room before the I saw the provider.

Elise was so kind and understanding and supportive through this scary moment in my life and I'm so very thankful that I got her. She validated my feelings and what I was experiencing and made the next steps to my care very clear.

Doctor referred me to have a sleep study, but the earliest available appointment was 2 month away. Not very good

Everything ran like clockwork. I was finished with my PT and OT appointments before my OT appointment time. Saw pharmacist shortly thereafter. I went to see Elise, it was 2 1/2 hours before appointment time. She had an appointment earlier, so I saw her. I was out of the clinic by 10am. Amazing.

Ms Christiensen was both kind and very competent. I definitely trust her with my care. Her nurse was excellent too.

Wait times are usually too long. Many times they are 40 minutes or more. Otherwise, care is excellent!

My appointment was at 9am, check in time at 8:45. I was there on time, was taken back to the room, had blood pressure taken, etc. wasn't seen by the NP until 9:26. Not acceptable. My time is important too

NP Elise was awesome and once again a great experience with the entire process/team. Thank you.

Elise went well beyond what was needed. She helped me address a concern and helped solve it well beyond that could have been very disturbing to me and my health. Just plain excellent.
