Ms Christiensen was both kind and very competent. I definitely trust her with my care. Her nurse was excellent too.

Wait times are usually too long. Many times they are 40 minutes or more. Otherwise, care is excellent!

My appointment was at 9am, check in time at 8:45. I was there on time, was taken back to the room, had blood pressure taken, etc. wasn't seen by the NP until 9:26. Not acceptable. My time is important too

My healthcare provider was very kind and friendly, It made it easier to talk to her and explain what was wrong.

In-person visit great. Separately when I was home and could not get into MyChart to see the results of the blood draws that were ordered.......so I called the 800 number for help......and she TRIED, but could not help to get me access into MyChart......very frustrating. So now I do not have access to notify my doctor or review new test results with older ones!
