I cannot figure out how to to use video visits. It's a pian in the ass. In person visits are much better.

I was pleased with my visit and glad I could get in with such short notice.

The doctor was very nice and I felt comfortable with him.

I had used the facility years ago and was not happy. Since it's updated to Emplify I've had nothing but great experiences here and trust everyone. Staff are friendly and helpful and know what they're doing. Very pleased!!

I pay my bill through my chart it use to work great but for the past 3 months it wouldn't let me. So I have issues with tat process

They said i cant see Dr Waniger as my regular Dr that made me mad i really liked him for the first time meeting him he comes over a few times a month from La crosse there is no reason why i cant be scheduled when i get close to a check up or whatever

I get too many reminders to check in when I already have. And too many text,calls as reminders. It's overkill.

Dr. Ricky and the Nurse were very nice and knowledgeable! I felt like they cared how I was feeling and answered any questions I had. I had a pleasant experience.

Good experience as always but the Emplify name stinks

I had to explain all of the symptoms to the lady on the phone when I called to make the appointment. Then when I got to the clinic for appointment, the registration nurse asked me what symptoms I had. Seemed very much like little communication wasn't taking place within the clinic.

Dr. Waniger really listened and explained everything I needed. And he was so NICE and genuine. He could right a book on how to treat patients. Thank you!

Reception desk had several people there talking and it felt distracting. I felt I was intruding on their conversation. Not a favorable first impression.

The doctor came in prepared. He actually read my chart and knew my medical history without me having to tell him. This was not my previous experience at gunderson physical exams

It is extremely difficult to use the phone for any reason with Gundersen. If someone calls me, I can't call them back for example. I can't just reach the Winona Gundersen Clinic, either. It's getting much harder to make an appointment with a particular doctor. Lots of waiting once you do make an appointment. So the idea of having "a doctor" of your own is fading. I had an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner but she cancelled at the last moment and so I saw a "floater" who was fine. This is not like having a doctor who knows me.

The CMA wasn't friendly, she acted as if I was a bother. This was my 1st time at this clinic & she definitely was not welcoming. The provider, however, was excellent, I would highly recommend him to everyone!

I was very appreciative to get in and her help bt the Dr. and front office check in.
