I want to know why the cardio department is so bad for getting and appointment? With my heart condition I have to turn to a Mayo provider for help!

A follow-up from billing questioned my payment coverage of using the VA Community Care and bluntly thought I should pay more including wanting to know what my income was! If Gundersen isn't in agreement with the VA's Community care payment plan please let me know and I will change my current connection with Gundersen.

Matt Wagner is an amazing provider. I always feel like he truly listens to me. He takes the time to really listen and he cares about me, I'm not just a patient to him. So grateful for his amazing care.

Matt was very personable and spoke to me as a peer and genuinely listen to my issue without judging.

Good experience; calmed my concern that something serious was going on.

NP Matthew was spent plenty of time with me and made a plan that we both agreed in. I was very pleased with the care I got at the Alma Clinic. I had scheduled an appointment the night before on line for later in the day but they called me in the morning and said I should be seen sooner and fit me in that morning. Very good care.

It was a good doctor visit.

I would pick Matt over any doctor I've had and I have had very good doctors at the Clinic

Not pleased with response time my appointment was at 310 Mr Wagner finally got around to seeing me at 357 after sitting in exam room for 40 minutes
