The company, Emplify, employed by you all has either been hacked or is spamming us, your patients, as I received a form from them just prior to this visit, which knew about my visit a week prior to this visit, & asked me to provide more information, which I did, then they promptly shut down ~ obviously taking my medical information & doing I know not what with it ~ obviously not giving it to you at Gunderson/St. Elizabeth's! So now my medical identity & information is out in the public domain! NOT GOOD! & NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL!

The Wabash clinic is great! Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Kayla Dascher took the time to not only go through what was needed at the appointment but to answer all of my questions, I never felt rushed even though I know they were very busy that day.

Kayla is our favorite provider. No one does it better.

The medical person I saw was very concerned about my health issue and if any issues continued after treatment to connect with her.

Thanks for seeing me the next day after I called. The LPN didn't have a thermometer that worked, but I didn't think I had a fever that day, but I had one the previous day, and she noted that. The PA was able and said she could listen to my breathing and heartbeat through my flannel shirt and t-shirt. I noted that the bill estimate was unusually high $900+. I hope it doesn't come to that amount.

Kayla is very thorough and I trust her with my care.
