I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Morrison. She listens, explains and is very thorough.

It is hard at times to get an appt. With anyone.

Dr was good, but was running late that day.

Emplify of Prairie du Chien is outstanding! Everyone I am involved with is always at the top of their game. All are totally professional, but also like an old friend. Walking though the door is actually uplifting. I have often asked myself if maybe I'm a little bit spoiled. The answer is no; they are just that good!

I understand things happen but when a provider is running very late and you've waited in the room for the provider for over 45 minutes without a nurse checking in on you was/is unacceptable. It would be nice if someone would have followed up and updated that the provider was still coming.

Overall very good experience and would recommend the clinic and my doctor to friends/loved ones.

Felt heard cared for as usual. Jasmin Morrison hears me and looks out for things I may not notice. Glad she became my primary doctor. I trust her with my care and that says a lot.

I had a terrible time logging into My Chart. I could not remember my log in name. I have lost all my log in names. Quite embarrassing. I never did get logged in to it.

Our experience with our provider is always welcoming. She and the nurses and staff always go above and beyond. I appreciate the time and care they give. Bringing up things they want to check into helps me as a mom feel more at ease and our provider gives great informative suggestions and knowledge with what can be done. I appreciate that. We will be back again soon. Hoping all testing goes well for my son and nothing out of the ordinary. But if there is, I know her expertise and guidance can be trusted and I appreciate that so much. She cares and is down to earth and makes your time arriving and leaving like you are family. The nurses and assistants are great as well. Caring and very responsive. Not sure if I can put our providers name but her name is Dr. Jasmine Morrison of Emplify.

I have been going to Gundersen clinic for a few years and also have had Dr Morrison as my primary doctor for several years as well and I am very happy with your services . Dr Morrison couldn't be more cordial , she is kind and listens to your concerns and treats you with respect and I feel like I can tell her anything. I feel very comfortable with her. I scheduled a Bone Density test and Mammogram for the same day at the clinic, that is wonderful that I don't have to go to the hospital for the mammogram. What a great deal for me... Thank you again !!!

I cannot find a visit I had 3 yrs ago on mychart. And I do not approve of new name. Gundersen has been around for 100 yrs!!!
