Our experience with our provider is always welcoming. She and the nurses and staff always go above and beyond. I appreciate the time and care they give. Bringing up things they want to check into helps me as a mom feel more at ease and our provider gives great informative suggestions and knowledge with what can be done. I appreciate that. We will be back again soon. Hoping all testing goes well for my son and nothing out of the ordinary. But if there is, I know her expertise and guidance can be trusted and I appreciate that so much. She cares and is down to earth and makes your time arriving and leaving like you are family. The nurses and assistants are great as well. Caring and very responsive. Not sure if I can put our providers name but her name is Dr. Jasmine Morrison of Emplify.

I always enjoy my visits at Emplify Health. The staff is friendly, and I feel like I get taken care of.

I have been going to Gundersen clinic for a few years and also have had Dr Morrison as my primary doctor for several years as well and I am very happy with your services . Dr Morrison couldn't be more cordial , she is kind and listens to your concerns and treats you with respect and I feel like I can tell her anything. I feel very comfortable with her. I scheduled a Bone Density test and Mammogram for the same day at the clinic, that is wonderful that I don't have to go to the hospital for the mammogram. What a great deal for me... Thank you again !!!

I cannot find a visit I had 3 yrs ago on mychart. And I do not approve of new name. Gundersen has been around for 100 yrs!!!

First visit with this provider. She was very thorough and took time to collaborate with my specialty provider on meds to ensure a safe and effective treatment plan. And, the staff of both providers contacted me with clear instructions. Awesome experience overall!

It was my first time seeing Dr. Morrison. I thought she actually took interest in my health care and she made me comfortable during the visit. I thought she was honest and sincere and at the end of the appointment she gave me her card and her nurses name and told me to not hesitate to call if I had any questions. I've never had a doctor do that, I was impressed.

I was so happy to have her as my Doctor I had never seen her she had a student working with her and they were both so caring and compassionate and I can't say enough about how I felt when I left they were awesome.

First visit with Dr. Morrison and I was very happy with how she took care of me. Top of the line for a doctor and wonderful personality. I feel she will take good care of me.
