Mr krogman, is extremely good at what she does, very friendly, very helpful, she cares , a very generous and considerate individual, I would highly recommend others to the her care and profession preformance..Great personality which brighten up the room as she enter. Im glad I have her as my doctor..Thank you for all that you do....I'm looking forward to experiencing even more with her as time passes..

It was so nice to get in the day I called to schedule an appt. The provider was very personable & made me feel comfortable.

I appreciated the availability of the appointment and the provider. Andrea was compassionate about my emotional status during my appointment with kind words and and support.

Provider was very supportive. However, I felt rushed which may have been due to her communication rate. She spoke very fast.

First time seeing Andrea Krogman, APNP. So redressing to have a primary care provider that really cares about her patient's. She took her time and made me feel my concerns were important to her to provide the best care possible. Thank you Andrea for helping me through my holiday and get on the mend. You are truly amazing.

This was first time at the clinic. I had been seeing Andrea in Waukon. The atmosphere is appealing, all the staff were pleasant, I felt very comfortable. I feel like Andrea took the time to really listen to me. I think she is very happy to be nearer to home.

Andrea listened to my concerns and came up with a plan. She also gave me a timeline for things to resolve and what will happen if I need further help.

The provider did not know why I was there or any of my history. At the end of my appointment she gave me instructions. I had to request an xray as that was my main concern given my spinal history and when I suggested it she put the order in. She is a very nice person. I just didn't feel like she was prepared for my visit.

Andrea was very professional and informative. She seems to really care about your situation and gives good medical advise. I really enjoyed my experience with her.

Andrea was great: Very knowledgeable andcommunicated extremely well. Provided me with several possible outcomes. Explained steps involved and started the process immediately. I liked her a lot

The nurse did not have any bed side matter never told me her name want to the room said my name and birthday and she took my blood pressure and never told me what it was. Then walk out saying that that dr should be right in. I ask for a Dr when I called and got a NP she did good but very rushed.

My perception of Andrea is that she is very personable, smart, and concerned with giving me the best care possible.
