Danielle was great. She covered everything that was applicable to me, and answered all of my questions.

Made transitions from commercial insurance to medicare much easier. Danielle very patient with me when I go into "chatty" mode. Have never had delays in getting refills ordered.

Im so happy we have multiple locations to use as well as the pharmacy locally

Still waiting for information about my needed prescription for carvidilol and other financial assistance availabilities that were discussed

The staff were excellent. Everything went very well.

I was in real life threatening danger from a methylated prescribed supplement overdose, I did not know this was the cause, found out on my own, thank God. I was also told I was running down the highway... Camera footage revealed I wasn't... I was thrown out of the er after I was asked firmly and aggressively why I wanted to die, and almost committed to a mental institution. From suffering from long-term side effects of environmental toxic exposure with proof from the DNR and past place of resistance monthly reports. I'm still sick and only being offered antipsychotics.. I need detox from heavy metals like arsenic, lead, and copper. Why won't anyone look at the proof...?

I did not use digital experience. Who do I do that and when do I get test results back

Ive no issues with Gundersons/Emplify health its been good, yes here and there few minor bumps but since ive been using clinic here is friendship its been a fine experience

I was told that my doc was in network then found out clinic was not doc .So now I owe 283.00 for office call NOT HAPPY cause I finally after 3 years found. DOCTOR THAT I WOULD ENJOY GOING TO

The video call was great except it was a little hard to hear. I had my volume up, so not sure if an issue on that end.

She is absolutely the best doctor we have ever had. Because of the military I have been to many doctors including Walter reed and she is the best doctor we as a family have ever had. Most knowledgeable and patient with all of our concerns.

Danielle is an amazing doctor. She listens carefully. She addressed my unique liver condition, which means she read notes in my chart and was well prepared for annual discussion about my health. It's a blessing and a treasure to have a doctor like her in our little rural Westfield.

The providers at this clinic are good listeners, empathetic and knowledgeable.

I would like to recommend Danielle to all my friends but some live further away from Westfield than I do which makes winter driving a problem.

The whole staff care about what they do and make the experience go smoothly.

I always have problems with mychart. It doesn't always work for me. It could be me though.
