Everyone was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was a great first experience for me. Thank you!

Having us arrive 15 minutes early is not necessary. You give us a time to arrive 15 minutes before appointment, we arrive 10 minutes before that and wait 35 minutes.

My chart is had to understand at first.

The PA had a predetermined outcome of my medication as was stated in the opening conversation. The PA did not ask any questions on how the treatment was working or not. The PA could not understand why my previous PA had previously prescribed my medication and removed my refills on the spot. The was not a planned step down from the medication either. I have contacted patient experience in reference to this visit.

everyone is kind and accommodating.

Every time I have an appointment it is with a different provider. No continuity. Every time I get a provider I really like they just...disappear. Very disappointing.

I didn't think I would like having a PA as a care provider, but Rachel has shown how she really listens and respects the patience. I would rather have 10 Rachael's than 1 doctor who doesn't listen and pass you off to the next person. I love having Rachael as my primary care giver.

Rachael was kind and helpful during my visit with her.

I was very happy with the visits that I've had and I've had quite a few already. And I really like Rachael and the girl that I worked with yesterday, the social worker. Everything is going just fine and I'm very happy to see it happen. Thank you very much.

I consider my visit to be very good. It was very informative and I appreciate it.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival and kept well-informed throughout my entire visit. The staff provided excellent education and maintained a high level of professionalism. Most importantly, I felt truly cared for by the entire team.

Rachael did a wonderful job with my kid. She talked to her and asked her questions. She didn't just talk to the parents because she was a kid.

This was first visit with Miss Johnson. I liked her. And i hope to continue liking her. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

I did the online check in questions then was asked the same questions when I went to the lab and when I arrived for my appointment. Don't offer online check in if I'm still going to have to do it when I arrive.

I think the provider, last name was Johnson, I believe, needed to look up on the care and all the scenario that my husband had gone through previously before meeting with us. So she kind of had an excerpt of what was going on. Okay, thank you, bye.
