I appreciated getting an appointment on the day after a vacation weekend. The PA really listened to me. I also appreciated that she had prepared by reading notes from my past treatments and then provided practical advice and help. Thank you Andrea!

I dislike things digital

Only problem is a when sending a message through my chart to the provider. A nurse reviews and answers for the provider. The provider never see the message direct unless the nurse thinks the provider should see the message. At the appointment the provider said contact them directly if you have any questions or concerns. What is the point of have messaging the provider if the message doesn't get through to them.

Yes, I see Andrea Anderson and she even right from the very beginning has listened but yet it's a trust relationship. I'm not sitting there trying to get narcotics or anything like that and the doctor has to get to trust you and know you and Andrea does. And I believe she treats everyone like that. I mean, I'm not in the office with her when she's with other patients, but I know how she is with me. And she is truly a person who loves her job and she loves to help people, which means she takes pride in her work and that means she has integrity and for most white people that is a rare attribute. So she's great. I've had a major crisis and she saw me as soon as they could. I mean, they knew when I was making the appointment that I was not in ?

Over all excellent care team. Andrea Anderson pa is a real asset to the clinic. Would trust her Over many full doctors. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about health issues. Make sure you keep her on your team!

It is extremely frustrating as a parent when the nurses or MAs answer the MyChart messages directed to your doctor and all they will say is make an appointment. I sent pictures in my message that could have been directly responded to by the doctor and saved me the trouble of this new chart visit. Every single time I MyChart message with a question for my doctor even a small one it's the same thing "make an appointment " but appointments are 3 weeks out at least so I end up having to go to urgent care. We need a dedicated urgent care doctor at the clinic who doesn't take patients just does urgent care all day and answering patient messages. I feel like that would solve a lot of the issues. It would also solve issues if a provider could look at the message with the exact thing (including pictures) I'm going to tell them at the appointment, order a lab/imaging/etc, and then prescribe medications or give advice rather then waste both of our times with an unnecessary appointment. If they really want to see me then they should be able to read the message and say I want to see them, rather then a nurse or ma who says "you need an appointment" to literally everything. It creates a backlog of patients

Andrea is amazing. She listens and cares about everyone. Her passion for her patients is definitely noticeable. She is great at what she does.

Care team from the front desk to Dr. Andrea was very professional & efficient. I appreciated them getting me an appointment the same day I called. Everyone was sweet & easy to talk to - highly recommend! :)

Yes, I would like to say that the clinic down here is a really good clinic. I am very happy with it. I'm very happy with the people that are working there. And Dr. Andrea is just a super doctor. She listens to you, she explains things very well, and she has a very nice, pleasant personality. I'm glad to have her as my doctor and the Hillsborough Hospital and clinic to go to. Andrea is the best!

Andrea always takes the time when she sees my kids. She is a great provider and I'm so happy with my care and also the receptionist with super helpful with getting me the ENT number to call.
