This apt did make me feel listened to. I have been feeling down and discouraged. This apt made me feel much better about my current troubles r/t my pain in my back. It's scary thinking about being a nurse in pain when your lifting daily with the nursing job I have in Med surg.

receptionist could have been a bit happier, but overall an OK experience. I do understand she is human and hard to say what she was personally dealing with or how the previous patient treated her

Dr. Edsall was so professional and kind. She put me at ease about my upcoming colonoscopy.

Dr. Edsall is very gentle, does very well with children & explains things in an easy-to-understand manner

Dr. Edsall is great- she listens to everything I say/ask, is always open to discuss with respect. I recommend her to everyone I talk to.

I'm so happy with Katherine Edsall's care. My brother was looking for a new physician because he's retired and I told him I should get an appointment and see her. So yes, I have no problem passing this information on the family that I think she's tops.

Kate Edsall is not my regular doctor, but was available when I needed an appointment to followup my dislocation of the shoulder. She was helpful, listened to my concerns, and addressed the concerns to my satisfaction. She's a great doctor. I love all my providers at Gundersen.

The Doctor was OK, but I'm not overly fond of any Doctors

Couldn't get in when I first called. The. They called back later that they had cancelation. So I was able to be seen. Appreciated that very much.

I rarely feel like doctors listen to what I'm trying to say but Dr. Edsall did and I left feeling so happy and excited and like someone was finally hearing me. So thank you

They need to be careful about what is said after the visit in earshot of the patient. I understand that im difficult but I don't need to hear my provider say that to others.
