Dr. Leggon was very personable, pleasant, and kind. He listened to my complaints and addressed them completely.

Zach did an excellent job of explaining the situation and what needed to be done for it. He did this in terms that both my wife and I could understand.

I was not able to use the app to check-in. Not sure if that is my phone or a wifi issue on the 5th floor? Not a big deal, would not prevent me from returning. Really liked Zach-did a thorough examination and I felt very comfortable asking questions of him.

Directions to location, not just address, including where to park and how to find the office from the various parking lots would be very helpful on the appt. reminders. I called and thankfully someone gave me good information to take elevator in east bldg to 3, then find skyway (I still had to ask where that was) then get an elevator after skyway to 5 (I took C, which got me to the back entrance to ENT, but I got thru with a staff thru staff door). It is a maze, and South street isn't safe to cross, so people need to know how to find the skywalk.

The results of the wax removal from my Right ear are excellent. My hearing is clearer, less muffled. The provider and his assistant t worked well together as a team. I will meet with the audiologist next week. Having my ear cleared of wax will help with the accuracy of those test results. I appreciated the timeliness of the appointment. Thank you

Zach is very thorough with explanations Answers questions. Talks to you and not the computer. I am very comfortable with him.

Excellent as we always get! The valet parking really is tremendously helpful and when we are very ill or stressed we can't thank you enough for that service!

It wasn't complicated, but he treated me very professionally as if it was going to be the most complicated surgery in the building. Well done and on time.

The people in Audiology were great! I needed to get my hearing aide fixed. They found a buildup of wax in my ears and got me in right away to remove it. Staff is fantastic!!

It is refreshing to be treated as a real person. Not just another number.

I felt seen and heard by my provider. He did not seem distracted, but truly present. I appreciate this more than I have words to describe. He earned my trust and I will move ahead with confidence. Thank you!

The doctor was courteous, very knowledgeable, and helpful with my questions. I felt good about the visit.

Long wait in exam room before PA was able to get to me.

PA didn't seem to listen or understand. In reviewing the clinical notes, my primary concerns were misrepresented and focus was placed solely on a condition that can be caused/exacerbated by what I was inquiring about. Too focused on poor dental care and didn't thoroughly examine what I wanted help with.

Just a routine ear wax removal visit.

I was happy with the ease of this appointment.

I would have preferred seeing a more experienced ENT doctor.
