No complaints. Everyone from the check in desk, to nurses, to Doctors were very friendly. Listened to every question and answered my questions.

This visit was a follow up to an ER visit. Both visits we interacted with this provider and every interaction we had with this provider and every team member was amazing. We felt heard and got the best care for our son. He is doing so much better due to the teams response to our concerns and his health issues. Thank you.

Gundersen Clinic has been my health care provider's for many years. Always happy with the care I have received in any department. Staff is always friendly and professional.

Urgent care provider put an ear wick in my son's ear. ENT provider stated that's not recommended and if he gets another ear infection to call the office and they will get him in. That's very comforting to hear.

Zach was awesome whatever you're paying him should be tripled. Straightforward to the point good listener cared about what he was doing. Maybe he should do lunch and learns for your CFOs and your billing strategy team. They could learn a lot from this guy. It's hilarious how when I call to find out what my bill is, I have to transfer to the revenue cycling line, because basically that's all were viewed as.... we're not patients seeking Healthcare, we are people seeking a place to dump a ridiculous amount of money periodically to support a corporation , awesome, I'm referred to as a revenue cyling propagating unit. But perhaps this is a good thing as you lean more on AI and we're further dehumanized.. we will be at least ready to accept it with your outfit, I do appreciate your honesty, to extract as much money for the least amount of care and time to the benefit of the shareholders. You're definitely nailing that one. I miss Gunderson.

it's so great coming to a place...where you a person and not just a number....

I have a feeling that the check-in people in that department are going to cause you some real problems for you yet. But, then again, their attitude might be yours as well. The care givers were professional and courteous. As far as these questionnaires go, I find the "unique person" question to WOKE and completely disgusting.

Check out secretary was not very pleasant. Otherwise everything went fine

Dr. Leggon was very personable, pleasant, and kind. He listened to my complaints and addressed them completely.

Zach did an excellent job of explaining the situation and what needed to be done for it. He did this in terms that both my wife and I could understand.

I was not able to use the app to check-in. Not sure if that is my phone or a wifi issue on the 5th floor? Not a big deal, would not prevent me from returning. Really liked Zach-did a thorough examination and I felt very comfortable asking questions of him.

Directions to location, not just address, including where to park and how to find the office from the various parking lots would be very helpful on the appt. reminders. I called and thankfully someone gave me good information to take elevator in east bldg to 3, then find skyway (I still had to ask where that was) then get an elevator after skyway to 5 (I took C, which got me to the back entrance to ENT, but I got thru with a staff thru staff door). It is a maze, and South street isn't safe to cross, so people need to know how to find the skywalk.

The results of the wax removal from my Right ear are excellent. My hearing is clearer, less muffled. The provider and his assistant t worked well together as a team. I will meet with the audiologist next week. Having my ear cleared of wax will help with the accuracy of those test results. I appreciated the timeliness of the appointment. Thank you

The people in Audiology were great! I needed to get my hearing aide fixed. They found a buildup of wax in my ears and got me in right away to remove it. Staff is fantastic!!

It is refreshing to be treated as a real person. Not just another number.
