Im beyond thankful for Dr. Zach. He listens & always explains options. He also tries his best to help me by finding affordable medicine to help with my obesity. His bed side manner is what makes me feel safe in his care. He actually cares. I can't thank him enough as he tries his best to help me however he can.

This was supposed to be a pre-op exam for a colonoscopy. The only exam involved taking my blood pressure, listening to a few deep breaths, and answering questions about recent respiratory illnesses. It seemed like a waste of time for me and the doctor. A

A different provider for each step of a process provides fractured, error-prone health care. Providers are competent but experience is not deep. Institutional processes reduces continuity of care. Several aspects of my care are not recorded in MyChart, or not recorded in an easy way to understand. There are lapses in continuity of care for an upcoming surgical procedure. Trust is not engendered by corporate ideas of how to provide health care. It may work for enough people to keep profits adequate, but many of us do not get what we need. That is, the personal care that a primary care provider who is not pressured by excessive time constraints or financial parameters can provide over time. I miss the doctors we used to have, and the way they used to practice. Does a real human read these comments? If so, please inform me what real life benefits will come from an online advisory group?

The Dr was very kind and helpful

I have never met this provider before and was left with a great impression. The Dr talked through all the steps of the procedure, answered all my questions, and did the procedure like a pro. The relaxing music was also a hit :)

We've never had a check-up that left us with questions. Dr. Meyer always takes the time to explain everything clearly, especially when it comes to my children's health and any concerns we have.

For requesting information about mental health and emotional state, it's better to collect those answers face to face the day of care instead of asking a week or mire in advance online.

We very much appreciate Empathy Health, previously Gundersen Health. We especially appreciate Winoa Clinic and the ability to get an appointment when needed, especially when needed in a pinch. However, we are very, very, very disappointed that Quartz Medicare Advantage has been canceled and are wondering why you would do such a thing to your elderly population. Thank you, bye.

Good experience

I can't get into my chart and when I called for help I kept getting recordings that led me nowhere near the help I needed.

I visited a new doctor that ran out of time to discuss new things I thought I would be able to see him about. How does one run out of time when seeing a new doctor without even a physical look?

They ALL did a great job with my visit!!!

The facility in Hillsboro Wi is Great so nice to have it in our area. Great employees that treat you right. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Dr. Zach always makes me feel like Im not a failure even when I do gain back a couple of pounds. His bed side manner is what helps a person feel better when they are truly are struggling with alot.
