There needs to be a Gundersen pharmacy in Sparta

Visit went well, Doctor April is a attentive and respectful person always helping me with my problems promptly and professional.

Dr. April was great. I have been overdue for an annual examination. He didn't judge and communicated next steps very well. Dr. April is an asset to the Sparta clinic and community.

After having my doctors in California for 20 years, I thought it was going to be extremely difficult for me to find a new doctor here in Sparta. I am extremely pleased with the providers I have been given and do not need to look any further.

Appointments with care provider and labs are easy to get but other specialty referrals like CT , ultrasound etc. are more difficult to get in a timely manner.

Dr. April and the entire team were fantastic. They made me feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout my visit. I'm grateful for their professionalism and kindness, and I'm confident trusting Dr. April and the Gundersen Health System with my care going forward. Highly recommend.

The experience I had today with Dr. April and the assistants in the clinic were very good. We are very lucky to have the Sparta Clinic in our community.

Appt started late. I had a 7:45 am appt and was stuck outside in the cold until 7:45 exactly. My appt did't start till 7:55.

The nurse who got me prepared was fun and did a great job!

This doctor was extraordinarily kind. He listened to me. He gave me great advice. He's a very, very compassionate doctor. I would recommend him to anyone I know. I think he's a great doctor and I'm glad to have him. Thank you.

Was told Dr. would do the exam, and trainee would observe. This did not happen. Was lied to. Trainee was good.

Dr. April is an amazing physician. He knows his stuff and can communicate medical information in a way that patients can understand. Pretty good bedside manner too.

I received a new medication and it is the first one that has worked in eight years of being on medication.

Dr. April was very kind and considerate. He listened to my problem, helped ease my anxiety, and gave me a diagnosis that I could easily understand. I had never seen or met him before, but he treated me as if I had been a patient of his for some time. I was very pleased with my experience yesterday.
