I appreciate my doctor. He makes it his business to know my history and to treat me accordingly. He is there all and considerate.

At checkout there was a hiccup with scheduling a follow up appointment that I would really like as soon as possible due to the provider not taking Tricare. I haven't heard anything about if there is a resolution to this problem and have no clue if anyone is working the issue. I don't know exactly how to follow up to make sure it doesn't get lost in the process like it feels it might.

I come to the doctor for my annual exam. I expect to have my concerns listened to, any tests ordered, and to have a brief exam. For some reason, my time was cut off and I was asked to schedule another appointment. I am disappointed and angry that there was not enough time to address my 3 concerns and also do an exam. I feel like I am being manipulated into being charged instead of getting my annual free wellness exam.

Appointments with care provider and labs are easy to get but other specialty referrals like CT , ultrasound etc. are more difficult to get in a timely manner.

Dr. April and the entire team were fantastic. They made me feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout my visit. I'm grateful for their professionalism and kindness, and I'm confident trusting Dr. April and the Gundersen Health System with my care going forward. Highly recommend.

The experience I had today with Dr. April and the assistants in the clinic were very good. We are very lucky to have the Sparta Clinic in our community.

Appt started late. I had a 7:45 am appt and was stuck outside in the cold until 7:45 exactly. My appt did't start till 7:55.

The nurse who got me prepared was fun and did a great job!

This doctor was extraordinarily kind. He listened to me. He gave me great advice. He's a very, very compassionate doctor. I would recommend him to anyone I know. I think he's a great doctor and I'm glad to have him. Thank you.
