Whitney is a caring and compassionate provider who helped me sort through which medical concerns may be related to the medication. I felt heard and seen.

I appreciate how the doctor, PA, dietician and nurses work together to provide individualized care. It is evident that my primary care provider is included in the communication as well.

Whitney was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we started, she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and made sure I truly understood what we were discussing. She never rushed through the appointment and made me feel heard and respected the entire time. She went over my blood test results in detail, breaking everything down in a way that was clear, reassuring, and easy to understand, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. She also took a moment to congratulate me on the weight loss I've already achieved, which meant a lot to me, and she was incredibly supportive and encouraging about my future weight-loss goals. Instead of judgment, she offered understanding, motivation, and genuine support. It was clear that she truly cares about her patients and wants them to succeed. Whitney is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and takes a very thoughtful approach to care. I left the appointment feeling informed, supported, and confident moving forward. She is truly the best, and I'm so grateful to have her as part of my care team.

An observation that I have had over the last several months is that when rooming the patient, the MA's always seem in a rush. You are greated in a friendly manner, but everyone is in a rush to get you weighed, down the hall and in a room. The patient bearly sits down and they are taking your blood pressure-a fact that likely results in an elevated blood pressure over what the patient would normally have-at least that is true with me. My advice, slow down a bit and make the blood pressure experience more true to the patient condition.

I think often times a person's needs etc. are blanketed in a single way of viewing things. I, too, am a provider, and if a patient requests a change in med to trial, as long as it does cause a bodily harm, I am willing to try. Overall, for I received yesterday was a waste of my time.

This was a new provider for us and I felt like she really took the time to review and care about my child's care. She knew what happened at previous appointments and I felt like she has been with us for years. I really appreciated the effort she put into making my child feel heard.
