I have always received excellent care from all my different care teams over the years

I got a message that the video chant did not like my browser, Firefox. I tried to change to Chrome but could not. The video chat came through perfectly on Firefox.

Dr. Sullivan is always attentive to my needs and addresses every question or concern I have. She doesn't give me a million things to focus on, but rather takes my care one step at a time to avoid overlooking anything important. She is compassionate and extremely encouraging, reminding me of how far I've come with battling chronic pain, addiction and mental health. i truly feel as though she has my best interest in mind and is never dismissive.

Wendy Sullivan is an excellent provider. Answers all my questions and truly seems like she cares, not rushing and listens attentively.

I am glad that I established Wendy Sullivan as my PCP. I am confident she will stay on top of my thyroid and blood pressure issues.

This is regarding lab orders. They send a boiler plate set of instructions on My Chart, one size fits all. I had no idea it was for a urinalysis and voided before I left home, thus wasting a lab visit and 1.5 hours of my day. Please provide individual appropriate instructions or at least specify which labs will be drawn.

She was fabulous and got me headed in the right direction with something that had been bothering me for over a month.

Wendy was absolutely wonderful. She is warm, engaging, well versed, she offered education, thorough explanations and instructions and follow up information. She also spoke about my recommended screenings in a manner that was informative yet respectful of my personal wishes for my plan of care. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Wendy Sullivan is great. My first nurse was curt and cold. The second nurse was nice.

The person who checked us in appeared unconcerned. There's a "struggled look" on her face. Did not smile once and so focused on her screen as if she's new on the job ( another person helped her). We understand being new on the job. She could have explained that she's still learning and acclimating with the check -in questionnaire and process. After we're checked in and we said " thank you", she didn't even respond! On the other hand, the MA working for Wendy was courteous and explained things to my daughter and I , steps by steps what were going to occur next. And, Wendy as always heard us and listened to our concerns and requests.
