Wendy is wonderful at listening and providing answers that I can understand. I was having issues with a drug and was started on a new one that works so much better. How to taper off the first drug was important. She has been so helpful with any issue I bring up. I can't say enough on how I really enjoy our appointments.

Wendy is really positive and up beat which is a great fit for me. Also: I like that their is a pharmacy at Gundersen as well because it helps me manage my privacy, simplifies life and health care, uses the same MyChart and the people who work at the pharmacy know me and are fantastic to work with.

Dr Wendy Sullivan is awesome. She really hears me and we set goals to work towards the solution. I am very fortunate to have found a primary care doctor that I feel so comfortable with. I could not ask for a better doctor.

When getting sensitive exams such as Pap smear as part of the visit, it is uncomfortable to start the visit undressed on the exam table. Can the visit instead take place and then if there are no further questions, then the patient can change for the exam. Thanks.

The only problem is with the billing. I don't understand why when I pay my copay at times it goes into a side place and doesn't pay on my bill. It is very confusing when you get the bill but don't really owe anything and Gundersen is holding the money. Doctor experience wonderful.

I got a message that the video chant did not like my browser, Firefox. I tried to change to Chrome but could not. The video chat came through perfectly on Firefox.

Dr. Sullivan is always attentive to my needs and addresses every question or concern I have. She doesn't give me a million things to focus on, but rather takes my care one step at a time to avoid overlooking anything important. She is compassionate and extremely encouraging, reminding me of how far I've come with battling chronic pain, addiction and mental health. i truly feel as though she has my best interest in mind and is never dismissive.

I am glad that I established Wendy Sullivan as my PCP. I am confident she will stay on top of my thyroid and blood pressure issues.

This is regarding lab orders. They send a boiler plate set of instructions on My Chart, one size fits all. I had no idea it was for a urinalysis and voided before I left home, thus wasting a lab visit and 1.5 hours of my day. Please provide individual appropriate instructions or at least specify which labs will be drawn.

She was fabulous and got me headed in the right direction with something that had been bothering me for over a month.

Wendy was absolutely wonderful. She is warm, engaging, well versed, she offered education, thorough explanations and instructions and follow up information. She also spoke about my recommended screenings in a manner that was informative yet respectful of my personal wishes for my plan of care. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Had to wait almost 35 mins in the exam room to see the assitant

It is a relief to know that your health care provider feels that other options (med wise) are available for trial or use. What works for each person is what matters.Prop's too all at Gundersen for Great patients care.
