The lady who checked me on said there wasn't a copay even though I know there was. Also couldn't access my existing balance and I would have to go to billing for that. Seems inconsistent with other departments I have used. Not an issue as I just payed what the balance was on line

I was so impressed with the professionalism. But also the warm feeling I had when I talked to the doctor and nurses. They were all awesome

I sometimes am overwhelmed by the amount of messages you send, and then sometimes ignore something that maybe important like a schedule change just because you send so many messages at times.

I had an appointment for a stress test when I arrived it is just a visit then have to make another appointment for stress test and another wasted trip. top that with the stress test is only at 7:45am I am not walking on a treadmill that early in the morning Very inconvenient time And it is at least a month away to be able to get in for a stress test anyway The people were nice the appointment times are way out of line I had to wait 2 full months to see the doctor which was supposed to of been a stress test then another full month a second visit for the test with a very inconvenient time No thanks I am not making an appointment for 7:45 a month away

It was pretty smooth, although I had thankfully minimal problems to discuss.

Dr. Brown is an outstanding doctor

I find the Gunderson offices (Onalaska and LaCrosse) to be dark and cold feeling. Why are your office dimly lighted? Put some lights on. Are you trying to keep your patients depressed?

Dr Brown was really concern about my issue and is on top of it to find the answers as to what is causing my issue. He made sure that I understood everything and answered all questions that I and a friend had for him.

I had a great experience with Dr. Brown. This is our second visit. He was going over an echocardiogram. I only wish I could have gotten in sooner and didn't have to wait for two months. But he was very knowledgeable about my condition and encouraging me to get maybe some further testing. I will surely recommend him to all of my friends. Thank you.
