    Thank you for good care and I appreciated knowing what to expect in the future. Like every year I will need an update because of the TAVR procedure to have an echocardiogram so I know what to anticipate. And thank you very much. Bye.

    Dr Htun was very careful to explain several issues that affect my heart condition and how to cope with them. She was very thoughtful at this second appointment and listened to our concerns.

    Dr Htun was amazing! I could understand her just fine!! He was not in any sort of a hurry. I wouldn't pay attention to any of the negative reviews people have for her! 100% recommend!

    Because of the language barrier, I think that it would be a good idea to have the RN who was extremely more compassionate than the doctor in the room during the exam. Just my opinion. Thank you so much. Bye.

    I just feel the doctor and I just, it was the second appointment, didn't hit it off very well at the first appointment, didn't hit it off any better at the second appointment. Was thrilled to death than when she told me I didn't have to come back and see her. It's a horrible feeling. I don't know, lack of interest on her part maybe. I don't know. I guess I don't know what the deal was. But the gal that checked me in and did, you know, blood pressure and went through my meds and stuff, she was awesome and I can't remember her name. She was very kind and just very, very super pleasant. So and yeah, the doctor was really late for my appointment. It just wasn't a good thing. So I'm happy that I don't have to come back to see her and if I need somebody in cardiology ?

    I left this appointment with high anxiety, not understanding anything she said, and what I should be doing about my health. Very frustrating! Wish I saw a different doctor.

    I do not feel my concerns were heard. Dr. Htun's attention was split between me and reviewing my charts. Being prepared before the appt, or starting the appointment with an open-ended question question about "why are you here" or "what would you like to discuss today" would have helped. I struggled to hard to feel I was heard and understood, and in the end I'm not sure I was. My statements were generally quickly discounted rather than explored. She is very busy, and it showed.

    I had a referral from my primary doctor from January. Didn't get in to see the cardiologist until October!!! That's crazy!

    I was given a lot of information!! Dr. Htun was talking fast, and very difficult to understand. I left, feeling rushed, confused, and just, hoped for the best. My Follow-Up appointment, is not with Dr. Htun, but with a APNP. My experience, was not, what I had hoped it would be.

    The virtual check in process does not work for Medicare patients so it should be disabled in Epic this eliminating an extra email and text to the patient.

    The check-in procedure is absolutely terrible. I get asked the same questions over and over again with every appointment. Please correct that.

    I'm not complaining about any medical care. It's just that the room was just about like an ice cube, and we had to wait a little extra time. And man, the nurse brought us in blankets because it was so cold. I know you can't help it because you don't regulate the furnaces, but it was really cold in there. But otherwise, I just love Gundersen. Thank you.
