All staff very personable & friendly. Very good explanation of status of my eye exam. Non-pushy about need for new glasses at this time, yet clear answer about some changes that could warrant new prescription.

2nd year receiving eye care @ Hillsboro. 5 different care givers assisted me yesterday. Without exception, each are to be commended for the services they provided. They work as a team. Look forward to my follow-up visit in the fall.

He's a nice gentleman, but he speaks in a very loud voice.

Dr Thom had a very upbeat demeanor and made you feel comfortable from the minute he walked in the door. He explained diagnoses and also took the time to show me pics online to help me better understand what was going on. His staff were equally friendly and welcoming! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

WE HAVE NOT HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE YOUR PORTAL, VIDEO VISIT, AND WEBSITE. I HAVE INFO FOR THE PORTAL, BUT NOT THE OTHER TWO.

I appreciate the care I receive at the clinic. I'm sorry they left Richland Center but am glad Hillsboro is close.

I am not familiar with using Emplify's MyChart. I think there should be more complete instructions on how to use it rather than an assumption that you already use it. This in way reflects on the Hillsboro staff.

I have trust in the doctor that examined me and trust in his assistant. I feel I had a thorough exam from both individuals. Also good assistance from the entire office staff.

I was able to get an appointment same day due to a cancelation, which I very much appreciate. Check in was hectic as the receptionist was juggling 3 of us with different needs at the same time. She was polite and professional while under pressure.

The eye clinic is awesome! Welcoming from walk in to walk out!! Only wish Anthem would let us use the in house eye glasses store. As it stands I have to go out of town to fill my prescription.

Great...did not use any virtual aspects. Had an in-person visit and scheduled my appointment over the phone.

Dr Thonn is very knowledgeable and takes very good care of my eyes. We are fortunate to have him.

the pre check in was way to long and repeated questions. would rather do it in the office instead of on line, confusing for older adults that don;t use cell phones that much.

Everyone at the Hillsboro Eye Clinic is very professional, very nice people. Dr Thonn easy going, answers all questions, shows the screen so I can see what he's talking about. Been going there for years and hope to continue.

In relation to another person in my family, when we had a crisis on hand couldn't get an appt until following week. Had to drive him 90 minutes to LaCrosse opthalmologist and by then he had lost a portion of his vision.

I very much like DR. Thonn, he is very interesting and easy to be around. My first visit and he recognized all my problems my former Dr. had been watching. Am so glad he is my Dr.

I understood my eye conditions very well on this visit. The doctor took extra time explaining what is going on with my eyesight and gave me suggestions to help me to have better use of my pair of glasses or if I felt I could have 2 sets for driving and for reading. Very pleased with the visit with the doctor and staff.

This provider was spot on for care, but I had a feeling of being rushed because he was rushed

Asked the person that deals with the glasses questions and the questions were never answered until I called united health care insurance to help me out and got it answered. The lady that deals with the glasses seemed frustrated about the whole situation though.
