Veronica is an excellent provider! She listens to me and answers my questions. I feel she truly care's. So glad she is part of the Gundersen Emplify team !

She was a bit long winded and it seemed like she just wanted to go with her plan of attack for my headaches. Sometimes I think she forgot how much ive done myself and pushed her agenda. Im a bit more traditional medicine then some of the holistic approaches. Overall I think it will be a good fit. She also almost forgot to rx my med to get rid of my current headache. Due to the appointment being that long it was almost too much at once. I do look forward to working with her and seeing how it goes.

Veronica Heath is awesome she treats me as an individual person with a real problem migraines not a "headache." I feel respected and cared for.

I don't know if my internet connection was the problem or if it was something with Emplify. Unfortunately, Veronica & I lost the internet connection and couldn't finish our online appointment. I'm hoping to see her comments on My Chart. She has been excellent.

Considerate, professional, thorough and personable care beginning with check-in and throughout examination. PA Veronica Heath was incredibly patient and thorough as she worked to analyze my headache issues. She also patiently and respectfully answered questions posed by both me and my spouse. So grateful for this high quality care!

The person who got me from the waiting room, was the sweetest. She calmed my nerves and talked to me when I was getting anxious about the procedure. The doctor was great, understanding, and thorough. Upon waking up one lady was very kind and gentle, the other was rude and aggressive.
