Everything was great except the digital pre-registration. I logged in and received a message that the site was blocked and could "damage my device" if opened. I called the clinic at Viroqua and was told by the receptionist that she had received the same message. I confirmed my appointment with her and provided some additional information and the appointment went smoothly.

online checkin process is difficult to use and most of the time, I need to resubmit info when checking in. Therefore, I no longer use the online check in option

I think it's so important to be able to talk to a real human and engage with a real human and have a real human understanding what's happening. So I'm not into digital parts of healthcare. I have difficulty get ting on my chart. I am not changing my password or putting in different numbers. It is difficult to get on lately when I have not changed anything but my chart doesn't let me in. I prefer talking with a person, receiving a letter instead.

Don't understand why the dr. Visit was covered with my insurance but my glasses weren't i had to go to westby eye clinic after Dr appointment to pick out my glasses. Wish they could fix that. I have Anthem blur cross and state ins.

Overall, my experience was extremely positive. Everybody listens. Everybody treats me with respect. It's efficient. God, I don't know what the heck they could improve, but they've done a very good job and it's very consistent. I mean, it's always been a good experience seeing Dr. McKay and his staff and the whole department really. I've had some other doctors there too. It really has been a good, well-run organization.

The clinic has continued to provide excellent care for years. The long term employees are outstanding and Dr. McKay is top notch. We are lucky to have this high level of care in our community.

Dr. Troy McKay and his team was awesome. I appreciated the care and interest that they took. I was talking to an acquaintance who was of the same opinion during their visit.

I don't know the url address for mychart yet, and once I had found it, I didn't have a password written for myself. I just came to the front desk. I am also moving so my insurance has changed and it will change again. Will try to scan present insurance so this can be paid. May be difficult.

I noticed some upgraded equipment; it made my exam nicer! And the tech was very willing to explain when I had a question. 5 gold stars!

The doctor was thoughtful as was the nurse.

The staff got me an appointment only an hour and a half from when I called but I still showed up early. They took me in almost immediately to get things started before Dr McKay could see me. It felt like my (urgent to me!) issue was being attended to even though the doctor couldn't see me right away. Quite frankly, that helped me cope with my discomfort and I was extremely grateful. I felt such relief after seeing the doctor!!

they put me in a room and after the initial exam I sat for thirty minutes waiting for the doctor to come in. and he came in like a child would greet you. He forgot what he said about my lens problem because first he said he could go in and scrape the lens and then at the end of the appointment he said there was no need to go any further. Earlier I needed the procedure and then I didn't need the procedure. It felt like I was getting whatever I wanted to hear. My exam by the tech was fine but I don't care to see Dr McKay again.

Dr. McKay was great. One of the best doctors I've seen. Friendly, personable, and explained everything well. Highly recommend!
