I think you put too much emphasis on the unique person stuff. Staff politeness, courtesy and compassion trump all the nonsense about who someone thinks they are. If those 3 qualities are present it doesn't matter who you are.

Hi, I would just like to let you know that Dr. Travis Smith was very informative, very congenial. He listened very carefully to everything I had to say, to what my family had to say. I just have had such a wonderful visit with him. And the number I pressed in for that very first question should have been a 10, not a 1. And I just was so pleased with how informative he was.
