It was our first visit with Dr Hilt and she was amazing! She was so kind and comforting and thorough. I truly felt she had our child's best interest in mind and was willing to take plenty of extra time to talk with us and answer our questions. I am so grateful she was available to help when we needed it!!

Wait time could be a little faster

This was a zoom appt. Ive used mychart for years however since it went to emplify, it seems more cumbersome than ever. I never found the questionaire I needed to complete for my son's appt and I had to try for 15 mins to perform a hard drive check. It kept saying the button I pushed was the wrong button but it was the only button to push. Finally after 15 mins and about 5 mins until the appt, I was able to test the connection. Other than that, we LOVE Dr Hilt, she is awesome and the best doc we have ever seen as my kids have grown up.

Everyone was amazing both at the dr visit and the nurse visits afterwards for antibiotic injections.

Dr Hilt clearly explained the diagnosis and then cleared up my misunderstanding regarding outer ear infections and middle ear infections, something I had been confused about for years. I really appreciated her insight and explanation. She then went on to diagnose the bumps on my daughter's legs. Wow, I am constantly impressed with the pediatricians at Gundersen. Thank you for creating an atmosphere that allows for this high level of care.
