Provider answered my questions before I even had to ask. I was having issues with my prescription getting approved for almost two weeks going back and forth with insurance and pharmacy. My provider got right on it and got my prescription approved the very next day of my visit. I'm very pleased with the care I received!

There are too many checks and reminders. I so appreciate the ability to be on a waitlist for cancellations.

I am not a fan of telehealth visits. This was a convenient way to have a visit without traveling, but I will be making in person appointments in the future. Sitting in a room with the provider gives more opportunity to have a better conversation and hands on if needed. Sometimes it's hard to hear each other clearly and the audio broke out a few times. My focus is better in person than through telehealth. In the moment and engaged in person.

As I have a complicated innards, that seem to be a conundrum, I am not sure there is anything that can be done to relieve my symptoms. In the past, a note was put in my records by a GI doctor to never give me another endoscopy. By that time, all the GI doctor I had procedures with, without actually verbally putting it into words, said "quit wasting our time, Don't call us, we'll call you." My primary physician and I are hoping this PA and requested new GI doctor, will look at my symptoms now without being influenced by the previous GI doctors attitude.
