First time with Dr. Gessert and I trust him fully with my care.

You guys need a designated location for people to drop someone off for the clinic. People drop someone off right at the exit for the parking ramp. I was in the B parking ramp trying to exit for 15 mins. It's always so jammed up there. I suggest a traffic director and/or someone helping people parked in front of the clinic entrance, blocking traffic

Dr. Gessert was awesome! He was very kind and answered all of my questions and concerns.

The volunteer at the front desk had a bit of a challenges and when she finally had the information entered correctly, she had a bit of a pissy attitude. Used valet to park, not familiar with how that process worked, valet person was somewhat rude and pissy. Very good experience patient care wise wirh the Team. Support Services not so much!

When I went to My Chart to read the physician notes, it said I had to download...why????? I clicked on download... the notes did NOT download AND they disappeared! ?

Dr. Gessert and his team were caring, friendly and efficient! I felt blessed!

Great facility and excellent staff

The specialist explained what the CT scans showed, the options available, and said the decision on what to do is up to me. He permitted me to ask what might or might not have been something tied to my issue. He said there was no connection with my question, but recommended me to contact my PCP to discuss this additional question further, as he should be able to give me good information to determine what to do next.

Dr good understanding

Excellent surgeon. Answered all my questions. Excellent care. Did not like the hospital staff made me leave my room and wait in the waiting room for the ride home.

They got me in very soon .Dr.was awesome and he really seemed to care about his patience and what line of work he does as a Dr.

Patient education or information brochures should be translated into the patient's language. Not just English. Thank you very much.

He explained what possibilities he was looking for as possible causes of my problem (repeated nosebleeds at mealtimes). Reassured he did not see anything untoward and suggested ways to prevent the problem in the future. He gave me his card in case it didn't help.

The physician I saw was very kind and I felt comfortable asking questions throughout my exam. He was thorough in his explanations and did not make me feel like a nuisance for asking follow-up questions. Great doctor and his staff was friendly too.

Keeping up with technology at my age is more difficult. I don't appreciate having to use more technology for my health care.

I appreciate the interest your staff shows in making sure that my health comes first. I come there for several health issues. And I'm happy with the kid that I get. I have one issue that hasn't been resolved yet. But they are still trying to help me with it. I'm grateful for all the care that I do receive at your hospital. I trust the doctors and nurses and other staff with my care. Thank you

I went into the meeting with Dr. Gessert with a lot of worries about my condition and my future. His calm explanation gave me a perspective that makes me comfortable with my difficulties and able to accept what isn't going to be perfectly what I would like it to be.

The surgery is scheduled out a full year. I really don't like that I have to wait that long before getting my procedure done. I think something should be done about this

Dr. Gessert was by far the best ENT doctor I have seen. He explained everything and gave me more information than any of the other doctors I have seen there. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!

The Dr. was very helpful with explaining the up coming surgery.

I was happy with the appointment with Dr. Gessert and felt that he really listened and gave some good options and a good treatment. I was confused with the reception area, first time there, and it was really cumbersome, that process not clearly defined. And that was a difficult issue for me, being there as a new patient, just not knowing exactly the protocol and standing there for a while without anyone helping me. So it was confusing. Thank you.

Dr. Gessert was very thorough in his explanation of the sinus issue I am experiencing. When I left the appointment, I knew exactly what I need to do to try and resolve the problem, and what I am to do when the medication ends.

Very thorough! I appreciate the time he spent to answer all my questions entirely. I'm grateful he was willing to ensure I didn't leave without a plan of action to go forward with.
