Time allotted might need to be increased depending on what the patient is being seen for. I believe a patient should be able to discuss several items with their item if necessary. That was not the case this day.

Theresa and her staff are excellent. I've been at Mayo for YEARS and switched over when my doctor retired and I am so glad I did. My negative is that I cannot get on mychart. I'm already on mychart for my adult son who cannot read or speak because of a recent medical issue so that is most likely what's causing the problem. I've tried making a new account with a different email address, nothing works. My frustration comes with thinking that this should not be that darn hard.

Requiring check in for a video visit 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time seems unnecessary

As always, I appreciate my excellent care from check-in to check-out. Theresa Cirone-Hornickel PA was easy to talk to, thorough in her questioning, (even taking pictures of my shoulder which was my major concern. When she asked if I had any other issues, I mentioned I was having a toenail problem.) Theresa ordered an X-ray of my shoulder and wrote a prescription to treat my nails. I only waited a few minutes to have the x-ray. By the time I arrived home, the x-ray had been read. I plan to follow-up with the orthopedics department. Thanks to Theresa and all the staff involved.

She was excellent. She reassured me and I knew what to do in case I got sicker. She was very easy to relate to. Thank you.
