In for pre-op appointment & it took longer than expected. Very through. Totally different than previous times. I had to have more tests than before including bloodwork & an EKG, where I have never shown signs of heart problems. Are they trying to get more money from insurance with these extra tests???

Everything went smoothly. Subjects we had talked about during my visit were addressed quickly and follow up was thorough.

It is very unreasonably to not be able to get same day appointments with your own doctor and at the moment you cannot even get appointments for months. Unacceptable!!

The Provider was 30 minutes past my appointment time when she arrived. I understand she was seeing patients before me but that seems like an excessive amount of time to wait without another individual mentioning she was running behind.

My provider is very personal and has impeccable bed side manners. I'm very impressed she does a chart review prior to seeing me. I can't ask for a better provider

This was my initial visit with the care team at Tomah Gunderson and everyone was very professional and helpful. Great group of people and looking forward to working with them as my primary care team in the future.

I am not happy about the Online experience. I paid $47 hoping to be able to get answers and a possible solution to a problem. Unfortunately, all I did was explain my same symptoms I had already explained in my original message to my provider only to be told that if my symptoms worsen to call and schedule an appointment with my primary care provider. That experience was not worth $47. This experience was not worth it for me as I am now going to have to be seen which will cost me an additional $20 - $30 just for the co-pay.
