The pre-phone nurse visit, I guess it was by phone. She just asked a bunch of questions. It was an absolute waste of my time. Nothing. She just confirmed what I had just put in when I did the online check-in kind of thing. So it was a total waste of time and money.

I felt understood and it was like talking to a good friend. Dr. King did not talk down to me, nor was the conversation in any way embarrassing. I would recommend her to anyone.

Finding a new pcp after having the same provider for nearly 20 years was something that I was not looking forward to. So far, the process has been good and I am happy with my new provider!
