Excellent consultation first visit. Was very knowledgeable and had studied my profile.

Initial appointment took for ages. But, I found as an established patient and being able to make appointments either 6 months or a year in advance to be very timely, convenient and easy. Very positive experience!

Our negative experience is not with the provider, but with billing. They continue to billing Quart we all my charges goes to VA.

The rescheduling of an appointment needs to be fixed people that have pacemakers that need to see a cardiologist once a year cannot wait two or three years to see one we need to be able to make an appointment when we leave the appointment we just had and make one for the next year

Getting my appointment required multiple calls

My provider did not have the results of my heart monitor that I wore for 7 days. It had been delivered to Florida but there were no results to go over during my cardiology appointment which was the reason for the visit. It was disappointing.

I had my Echo lab done in late November, 2024. This was quite a long time to wait for a first appointment. I was anxious waiting to understand the results. I was pleased with the way the cardiologist and nurse explained the results and the recommendations they gave. I just wish it had been months sooner.
