Taylor is very easy to understand and I feel very comfortable with her. Everyone was so good to work with.

The PA was great but the MD that came in for consult made me leave very confused. There was a plan and then as the MD was walking out the door she told the PA she wanted the plan changed. I think the PA was just as confused. Check out person was not very friendly in that I stood in front of her for about 10 minutes (as she was on hold with another department) and did not say a word. Awkward

I have had amazing care there since 1990, up to and including yesterday! I am so very grateful!

Taylor is thoughtful, knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate--everything you'd want in a medical professional.

I enjoyed being with Taylor. I thought she was very professional and she really did help us and she was very informative. I did not care for the doctor. She was not, in my opinion, very pleasant and she was kind of aloof. She did not, she had her own ideas and didn't listen to me.

For such a large facility, the staff made it easy to find my way around. Very helpful and friendly.

Excellent consultation first visit. Was very knowledgeable and had studied my profile.

Initial appointment took for ages. But, I found as an established patient and being able to make appointments either 6 months or a year in advance to be very timely, convenient and easy. Very positive experience!

Our negative experience is not with the provider, but with billing. They continue to billing Quart we all my charges goes to VA.

The rescheduling of an appointment needs to be fixed people that have pacemakers that need to see a cardiologist once a year cannot wait two or three years to see one we need to be able to make an appointment when we leave the appointment we just had and make one for the next year
