Very professional and courteous

The only issue I had was that my son had shots and was told to wait for a few minutes afterwards. However, no one came back to tell him he could leave, so we ended up waiting for over 40 minutes, wondering where he was. When I talked to the front desk, they had said he checked out. I couldn't find him anywhere, so I went back and asked them to please check the room. And he was still there. So that was a bit distressing.

I found this provider to be extremely helpful, friendly, and explained things in an easy to understand manner, and I would certainly recommend her.

I absolutely loved NP Taylan Scheel. After struggling at a different hospital, we went to her for a second opinion. I felt so heard, she listened to us and helped our baby:) We are definitely keeping her as our pediatrician!!

i would appreciate a more private way to complete the postpartum depression screening. i had to complete it on the main computer and say my answers out loud in front of the MA and my partner. i would feel more safe to answer truthfully if i could do it in private.
