I absolutely love my new pcp! She is AMAZING and listens to me and understands my goals! Cannot be happier!!!!

Tayla was very thorough at my son's appointment and did more research on a treatment for us regarding my son's recurrent bloody nose episodes. Teenage boys do not love going to the doctor, she made him feel comfortable and was easy to talk to.

Everything was really good. I've never had a more office visit that people really cared and they really showed it. And I really appreciate the comfort and care that they give afterwards, too. So I would definitely go back. Thank you.

Overall, the provider is great. I go to the Mondovi office and it would be really nice if when I call the number for the Mondovi office, I got the Mondovi front desk or that other people would announce that they are not the Mondovi office. When I call and ask, hey, do you have an urgent care? And the person on the other end of the line says yes, and I've called the Mondovi office number, it's really disconcerting when you sh up and they're like, you didn't call us. Yes, I did. So the redirecting of phone calls and not getting who you want and no announcement that you're getting the wrong person is a big problem.

Everything went really well. I just don't think you should advertise this as a short survey. It seemed more questions than a short survey. So cut it in half. That's all. Thank you.
