I was very pleased with Tara. She made me feel comfortable right away. She was so caring & professional. I was nervous about this appointment, but I knew right away I was going to be ok with her. She listened, asked good questions & gave me good advise on how to work through some things. Thank you, Tara.

The system sometimes displayed the visit as "video" and sometimes as "in person". The check-in clerk acknowledged that the system does occasionally behave in that confusing way.

I just want to let you know that I think Tara is great. She's just awesome. She listens well. She's knowledgeable and she genuinely cares. A great person and a great therapist.

My fault, but I did miss a message on My Chart that my appointment had been changed to two hours later, so I made two trips to the clinic. I will know better next to check for messages.
