It was perfect in every way.

They were awesome.n The doctor was awesome. She is very cool.

Was disappointed during check-in. As I was talking with the person during checkin they answered the phone instead of finishing checking me in making me wait. There were 2 other people sitting there that I believe could have answered the phone.

Absolutely helped me with my issue, went beyond the basic "what's wrong ".

Check in was confusing if you didn't know where the clinic was. I also couldn't check out in the clinic because 1 of 2 ladies was on the phone and I had to go back to the front.

I will not be returning to the Whitehall clinic or hospital under my own ability or knowledge. Provider asked about recording notes on her personal phone, but after the appointment I should have said no. Understanding patient provider confidentiality if her phone were to be lost or stolen that is a problem. Much less I had a blood test done, thankfully it was negative and I feel that the NEW Whitehall facility should have the ability to run my test in house and not send it to lacrosse. Also I feel that the receptionist should not be looking at Zillow.com for houses while on duty nor should their be other nurses gossiping while patient's are waiting in urgent care waiting area.. thank you

This PA is soo nice and makes you feel so comfortable even though I hate going in. She is a definite keeper by all means!

Yes, I had to wait a long time, about a half hour, so they were supposed to wrap my legs so I could leave. And a nurse never came and never did it, so finally I just told my mother that we're going to leave because we got other appointments and things we have to do. So we weren't very satisfied with that. The rest of it was fine, though. The rest of the visit was fine. Thank you. Yeah, bye.

Tanya is a provider that puts me at ease and is very easy to talk to and open up to.
