Ta Her is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Very glad she has become my medical professional at Emplify.

I really liked the service.

I really like the NP I saw. She was very thorough and pleasant. Explained things very well. I felt cared for.

As always, the check in and check out staff are wonderful to work with!!

Only one problem was at check in when the computer would not accept my bank card due to "encryption problems"

I can't say enough excellent about my provider that I saw. She listened. She put in everything in the computer, was going to talk to my doctor. I felt so cared for and listened to and reassured because my blood pressure was very high. I raced to the bathroom and blah, blah, blah, and I had my blood pressure machine so in the past you could see that it wasn't high because I think it was 177 there and she was concerned. The other nurse came, the nurse came in and took my blood pressure. It was still high, not as high, but felt very safe when I left there and she is a wonderful asset to ?

VERY thorough and listened. Looking forward to medicine worked to get rid kf of Migraine.

I believe Ta did an excellent job reviewing my issues and then explaining my options when done. I felt very comfortable with the care I received.

The check out process was a disaster. Talking to a person face to face who is talking on a head set to another person to arrange appointments is ridiculous. it took 20-25 minutes to get f/u arranged. if project fusion was aiming for efficiency, it really missed the mark

TA was approachable, patient, and thorough. She listened and confirmed. She even called me, as I was leaving the facility, to discuss a concern we hadn't finished talking about, do to another topic. I'm looking forward to seeing her again and feel good about my future treatments and appointments.
