My provider listened carefully to my concern, did a thorough exam and considered my medical history and records. I felt that she affirmed my suffering as a result of my condition and she provided hope for improved symptom management. She presented treatment options clearly, noting both benefits and potential side effects. With her guidance, I could make an informed decision about my medical treatment, and instructions for when and how to reach out regarding any issues were clear.

Only one problem was at check in when the computer would not accept my bank card due to "encryption problems"

I can't say enough excellent about my provider that I saw. She listened. She put in everything in the computer, was going to talk to my doctor. I felt so cared for and listened to and reassured because my blood pressure was very high. I raced to the bathroom and blah, blah, blah, and I had my blood pressure machine so in the past you could see that it wasn't high because I think it was 177 there and she was concerned. The other nurse came, the nurse came in and took my blood pressure. It was still high, not as high, but felt very safe when I left there and she is a wonderful asset to ?

VERY thorough and listened. Looking forward to medicine worked to get rid kf of Migraine.
