I really appreciate Dr. Ravi. She takes time to listen to any questions I have and seems to care about what is going on. I have recommended her to a couple of friends. I am hoping you can keep her with Gunderson for a long long time.

Dr Ravi, is one of my favorite personal physicians. She is kind, caring & has been a huge support through some of the toughest medical conditions of my life.

The nurse didn't seem very friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day...the auto blood pressure machines! Hate them!

Very frustrated that hormone replacement therapy is so hard to get at Gundersen.

The overall experience was very nice knowing that they are all there for you.

Everyone was helpful and professional. I'm concerned that I am unable to get an appointment with cardiology for at least two months, despite that being the result of my visit with Dr. Ravi. If it's going to be weeks before I can consult with someone I'm very unsure what the point of the referral is.

My visit was exactly what I needed.

Dr Ravi is a good listener!

It seemed the provider heard only what she wanted to hear and not what I was saying. I don't know how many times I had to correct what was going on. True Life Example: Provider would say, "when you have diarrhea" - I would say, "no no no - I never had diarrhea". I really don't know how clearer I could be. Very frustrating. At the end of it all - it all worked out - but I was loosing faith quickly. And I don't want to complain too much because I felt very fortunate that I got an appointment right away - which has not happened at Onalaska for a long time.

It was nice and very informative

Wonderful provider. She explains information so my mother can understand and knows what to do. Addresses health concerns/conditions. Previous provider whom we switched from ignored medical conditions that should be addressed. Just because she is older doesn't mean we need to ignore health screening especially if family hx of cancer and personal precancerous colon polyps.

As a first-time experience with Dr. Ravi I was impressed with how thoroughly she reviewed my health history. She also took the time to clearly explain the results of my recent testing. I was also impressed with her depth of medical knowledge on a wide range of conditions and issues. I would recommend her in a moment to anyone.

Not 100% impressed with CNA/MA, rather distant, not engaged with conversation.....

The doctor was very easy to talk to and you could tell she really care

Everything was great, except I would have liked if my concerns with my Tinnitus were taken a little more seriously.

Everyone treated me with a smile on their faces, and were sincerely concerned with my health.

For how the system has been engineered, it works as expected.

I was told to make an appt and come in within 3 days of my symptoms but because I wanted to go to Onalaska I had to wait 1.5 weeks to get in

Attentive, amazed at her range of knowledge. I'm going to pursue her becoming my main physician if that is possible. ?

The online check in process may save Emplify time but it doesn't save my time. I answer the questions online for every appointment and they are always the same. I arrive promptly at the designated time which is often long before I see my doctor.
