Suzette is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, she is so caring, professional, understanding, and truly cares about her patients-I am so thankful that we have her as my Uncle's Nephrologist.

My chart sent a message that I had new,test result but it isn't showing up and I don't see any way to locate it. I know I have test results for heart monitor. And I want to see them

Suzette is the best kidney provider I have had in my 10+ years of CKD journey. She is genuinely concerned about patient care and outcomes. She takes the time to explain the "why" behind what she is recommending instead of just telling me to do something. I would recommend her to anyone that is having kidney issues, and I have done that in the past. I am thinking that if I recommend her to many more family and friends that she will be so busy and booked that getting an appointment will be nearly impossible! She is definitely an asset to Emplify and I wish her the best of health and luck for the future because she is actively working to ensure my future.

I have received at least 12 emails in the day or so concerning my appointments for the next 2 days .i am tired of erasing them.one email concerning an appointment is enough.Also when I am asked to register on line and I complete the online registration and payment I am an asked the same questions that I have already completed .After my appointment is done ,many times I will be asked if I am here yet for the appointment that I have already left 10. minutes before.This is very annoying and a waste of everyone's time.Evidently your A-I program is very inaccurate
