This was the first appointment with the doctor. I was surprised that the appointment was so long (almost 3 hours). My husband was waiting for me in the waiting room and getting nervous about why it was taking so long. In an appointment like this, the patient should be told what would happen (may tests) and about how long the appointment would be. Then the driver of the patient would be able to leave and do some shopping /work and come back.

Dr. Falkenberry is great. I felt well cared for with her. Staff was great also. I would highly recommend Dr. Falkenberry.

I always have a great appointment when I see Dr. Falkenberry. She's a great listener, always is right to the point and very helpful with my glaucoma situation. I just appreciate having her and also she did two surgeries on me two years ago and it was everything turned out very well and I love her whole team. Thank you.

Dr. Falkenberry was so good to take me in on very short notice to help me with a painful conjunctivitis. Her assessment concluded that I had developed an allergy to this current drop I had used for a couple of years with no issue and ordered a new drop which will keep the pressure in an acceptable range without causing this condition. Because of her expertise, she was able to find a suitable drop that could take its place, and confirmed a follow up appointment. I would recommend her to anyone seeking the best ophthalmology care in our area. .

Dr Falkenberry was very pleasant and listened to my questions and concerns, I did not feel pressed or pressured. I am thankful for her advice and have confidence in her dealing with my specific care needs.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Mykenzie Started the appointment with some testing and was so thorough and professional, but yet had a sweet demeanor. The eye doctor took the time to explain in detail, but in terms that I could understand which I appreciate tremendously. She was very compassionate and made me feel comfortable from the start of the appointment and through the procedure. We are very fortunate to have professionals like them in our healthcare system.

Dr. Falkenberry is the best!

I mistakenly thought my appointment was for 10:45, but learned it was for 10:15 when I checked in.(late of course) The receptionist thought I might have to reschedule, but Dr. Falkenberry graciously agreed to see me. The receptionist made me feel bad, but Dr. Falkenberry and her staff were kind, and didn't make me feel like a dummy!

More information needs to be given to the patient after eye surgery, that is , what to expect with your vision, how long will your vision be like this etc.

I'm a patient of Dr. Falkenberry for 15 years. You don't stay with a doctor you don't trust,that long. I always feel welcomed and they treat me with respect and are very kind.

First time seeing Dr Falkenberry and she was very nice and knowledgeable about my situation. I really liked how she answered all of my questions and she took the time to explain everything. Very nice experience.

was there for an appointment to see the eye doctor. They dilated my eyes for some of the testing, and I wasn't offered, or they didn't mention anything about sunglasses or, you know, some portable or whatever, them little roll-ups I get from the VA, and it was a very difficult ride home. That was my only complaint. about my business. Thank you. Bye.

Scheduling my next appointment was difficult as the doctor is so busy. No openings for when Doctor wanted to see me next. You need more eye doctors to handle the patients. As I waited in lobby, I did see staff moving patients quickly. Little waiting so I know they were doing their best. Guess there are just more of us getting older with eye problems.

When I first found out I needed this procedure I was a bit apprehensive. But now that I know what it involves I'm not apprehensive at all. Everyone is very good at their jobs.

Would have liked a more complete document regarding my upcoming appointments. All I got was a print out of when I would get phone calls/updates. Nothing listing the dates I would have eye surgery. I thought that was very unusual.

Dr Falkenberry is great. Obviously, brilliant in her field, but also great patient interaction. She's one of the best providers I've interacted with.

I was told by the financial person that they would get back to me with the out of pocket expense that my insurance would not cover for my upcoming procedure, that has not happened so a little disappointed with that

Dr Falkenberry is Par Excellence, I experienced immediate increase in vision clarity after the Laser treatment. It is unfortunate her schedule is so fully booked, recommend an increase in her staff.

Very nice people all and from the time I walked thru check in to the nice young lady that did the tests and onto the Dr that saw me and had a very nice conversation with and off to the desk for the next appointment,which the Dr stood by to make sure they got it right, everyone was smiling and cheerful. It was very very nice.

Dr. Falkenberry and I have a history with my eyes, and I can always depend on her for the best care.

Dr. Falkenberry is a most excellent provider. The only problems with my visit related to: (1) Parking -- at 8:30 am, there were only a few spaces remaining in the secondary lot (up the hill) and none in the regular lot, and (2) There were only 2 check-in people (instead of 3) and one was occupied for a long time taking a payment, unlocking the cash drawer, returning change, and closing everything up and the other was looking at the computer for a customer for a VERY long time and was still at it after I had checked in.
