Even though their computers were down the morning I went in, everyone behaved professionally and were friendly and calm, and I felt well taken care of.

Susanne has absolutely transformed my relationship to health care. It's very overwhelming and scary and these are weird times, but she had empowered me in my health and well being, and supported me in ways I that will last a true lifetime. I reallllly appreciate and am grateful that I have connected with this provider.

Lacked empathy, didn't hear me out, wouldn't refer me to a pelvic floor therapist because I've had csections I didn't "push". Poor bedside manner.

The provider did not knock on the door before entering. Just walked right in. I needed to change into a gown before the exam and it would have been nice to have a knock before entering to ensure I was properly dressed.

Everything went very well for my visit. My only issue currently is I am unable to access MyChart. Apparently some changes are being made, and I was on the phone with someone, and they told me what to do, and I still cannot get on, and I have not had a chance to call them back to see what's going on. That's my only issue is that I'm not able to access MyChart. And that's it. Goodbye.

All staff exceptional. The front desk clerk took extra time to make my referral appts; she was put on hold several times but was very patient......very much appreciated.

The care team was great to me and others. I watched the check in staff help a patient in pain get an appointment. They met his frustration and hostility with nothing but compassion. It was beautiful
