I appreciated that without me saying so, he understood the reasons for my visit could have caused me stress, and he encouraged me to leave feeling reassured and ready to enjoy the holiday weekend. He made it clear I could and should reach out with any concerns.

I wish I would have know ahead of time the papers that they gave me after it was done for I could look over in case there were any questions or I didn't understand I could have asked them before I left instead of in call later on when I got home. But I was very, very satisfied with everything other than that.

Dr Rupp exceeded my expectations with his compassion kindness and active-listening skills, he made me feel comforted and cared for throughout the visit and was reassuring when I needed it. I was so afraid to get my molar extracted, just downright terrified, but his patience and compassion made the experience so much better. He also did a great job managing my pain during the procedure. One day later, I'm feeling great!
