Dr.Klein is the most thorough orthopedic doctor I've ever had. And unfortunately I've been through a lot. Gunderson is very fortunate to have someone that not only has the skills that are needed. But he knows how to explain everything in layman's terms. Thank you.

Dr. Klein was very generous with his time, listened intently to my questions and provided thoughtful answers and alternatives. In the end, he helped me not only evaluate my options, but to choose the one that best suited my current situation. For that, I am very thankful.

Dr. Klein in orthopedic's is great!!

Dr. Kline was great. Even though I was to have the same surgery at another Gundersen Hospital, insurance problem there, he took time to bring up my X-rays and explain what my shoulder is like now and what he would be doing. Staff was super too.

He was fairly good and honest. The other visits to Urinolgy and MRI were all substandard at best.

Overall, a good experience. I did have to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time, but the doctor did apologize. It would have been nice if someone told me that he was running late.

I was at my appointment at the required time, xrays were taken and I was taken back to the room and told that Dr Klein will be there shortly. This was at 9:25, he finally came in at 9:58. Now mind you, I am very claustrophobic, there are no windows in your treatment rooms, there was no one coming in with any reason for the doctors delay. When he did come in there was no apology for having me sit so long. Not a very good experience!

Dr. Klein is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had. He explains everything in a way that's easy to understand, and he takes the time to really listen. He performed surgery on me once before, and I trusted him completely then-just as I do now. His knowledge and experience are exceptional, and he knew exactly what needed to be done for my current issue. He ordered the right treatment without hesitation, and I left feeling confident and cared for. Dr. Klein truly represents the best of Emplify Health. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy physician.

The check in experience was not as welcoming as I've experienced in the past. I commented how much I liked his keyboard, mentioning that I had never seen one like it before, to which he responded with a nonchalant "huh." Other than that, which is of minimal concern, I had a wonderful experience with everyone.

I can't get into mychart. I don't understand computers. It is hard to use. I'm logged out. I'm so frustrated with that mychart system. Need to simplify it
