I couldn't explain my situation with my words well and talking with doctors has always been hard for me so I tend to not give the best answers or any answers because I feel overwhelmed and scared. I don't feel happy or satisfied with how I performed, I tried giving my doctor notes, I guess that wasn't good enough. My mind shuts down to an extent when I'm talking to care providers.

The nursing staff was excellent. When I had questions or was trying to talk to the doctor I felt brushed aside and unheard. It felt like he didn't want to listen to what I had to say and was in a rush. I will likely not schedule with this provider again.

This visit was so good from start to finish. We got a time that worked for our family, the check-in staff was welcoming and engaging, (and made sure we knew how to get out of the building due to the many elevator and entrance closures). Dr. Randall is always so engaging and efficient and we were on our way in no time. Great visit!

We had a late appointment. The woman who checked us out was not especially friendly. I got the impression we were an inconvenience because we were later in the day.

Dr Randall and his team always provide us with excellent care. He makes sure each of my 3 boys feels unique, heard and respected (and ensures that my questions are answered). It's a gift to have him as PCP to our kids!
