I had a very good experience with my neurologist Stephanie Wyrostek and I learned a lot that I was never told before. Very satisfied with my appointment.

I usually check in online. With the long drive up to La Crosse, I can understand the wait. I hate checking in and then having to cancel and then check in again, when I can get the next possible time. It was all good!

I won't be seeing this provider for several reasons.

I had a great experience the Dr was very thorough with trying to get my evaluation, I am very grateful

She was very gracious and concerned. She listened & typed a mile a minute with all the details. Her exam was thorough & her explanation of what she felt the problem was and treatments available. I also mentioned a problem with restless legs, and she said that they had doctors that dealt with motion. I was very reassured by her for my headaches & especially hearing about a Dr with restless legs interest

The Doctor is Wonderful

I don't like the txt asking if I have arrived at my appointment 15 minutes before the appointment time. The I arrive at the check-in and wait 10 minutes while the staff checks others in. I appreciate Dr. Wyrostek and her staff. They are patient responding to my questions.

Dr. Wyrostek was thorough and ask lots of questions and listened to my concerns. She did evaluations of my motor functions and reflexes. She gave me follow up appointments and told me what I needed to do as far as appointments with other providers

From the first moment in the doors, to checking in and then being brought back to the provider, I felt welcome. Everyone was helpful and kind and always smiling. When I saw the provider, she listened to me fully, took notes on everything I said to her, was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She made sure all my questions were asked and explained I could reach out anytime I needed if I had anymore questions via phone or my chart. I always have the most pleasant experience when I come to this establishment.
