Stephanie and her assistant are kind and empathetic. Patient. Caring. Knowledgeable. I'm glad that we have her as our doctor. They are amazing and have done a terrific job caring for my young son that is autistic and is nervous when going to see a doctor. They helped make him feel safe and secure.

Dr. Laliberte-Lorenz was very welcoming to me for my first visit with herself. My previous doctor retired at my last visit at the clinic.

Stephanie Laliberte is a sweetheart, so glad that I made the trip down to see her in Onalaska since I used to see her in Winona. She is always so personable and helpful with information. She explains everything in layman's terms to me to understand the condition of my eyes.

The Optometry tech, receptionists and Dr Stephanie are totally awesome! They're knowledgeable, welcoming, efficient and a pleasure to work with! They're also respectful and treat me like I'm an important patient. Dr Stephanie is so thorough and knew everything about me as it was my first visit with her. Definitely 5 stars and I highly recommend them!!!

Only report of imaging exams can be seen, looking at the images would be immensely useful.

I felt like Dr Stephanie did a great job and I plan to continue seeing her for my annual eye exams. I was not very impressed with the nurse who did my initial exam. She was not friendly and didn't have much patience when I had issues with one part of the exam.

Everything was efficient EXCEPT the time I waited for the technician. After the first person (who was very positive and efficient) left me and stated the technician would be in shortly. I waited 25 minutes! That is not shortly! There was no explanation for the delay (which I understand that "stuff happens") so I did say to her how long I've been waiting. She did casually say something about not likely ?? something. It seemed as though this happens all the time, perhaps the way appointments are made. Perhaps trying to put too many appointments into not enough time. This is insulting to the patient and the employee! We are all people who deserve to be valued and respected.

Got to appointment early, make sure all information done. Waited my turn, not sure if others were late for their appointment. Didn't get called until 35 minutes after my appointment time. May have been last in waiting area. Didn't say sorry for the wait. Small amount of time for you, large amount of time for me.

The staff was short-handed so I waited a little longer than normal but they did apologize for the time it took to see me. It was fine because the waiting area is comfortable and it was not an excessive amount of time.

The person who did all the eye test was very kind. She certainly was understanding of my special circumstances and explained things prior to the test.

The Doctor was great at explaining and giving directions and very nice.

I was impressed with the service I received. The front desk staff was very helpful. The doctor answered all my questions and treated me with respect. I was really concerned about why my eye sight was changing and she explained what was going on. She cared about my health and my questions.

This was my 1st appointment with Stephanie, and I would rate my visit 10++++. From the minute Stephanie walked in the room, I knew I would like her. She had a very friendly smile, a warm handshake and a very welcoming and friendly demeanor. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and answered my questions thoroughly and in a way I knew she really cared. I will definitely return to her for my annual eye exam, and I know I can contact her with additional questions or concerns if I have them.

The young girl who checked me in and out, was busy doing on line shopping, for dresses. I apologized for interrupting her time. Very unprofessional. I'm getting fed up with not being able to tell the staff from the patients. Your automated phone calls for reminding don't work and haven't for some time. Neither lady at the desk was able to give me information on any questions. The doctor told me one thing and they said something different.

Awesome experience, have only had one eye doctor in my lifetime. My new doctor was great and everything I was hoping for.

I was pleasantly shocked at the system of providing an earlier appointment when it became available. I was able to schedule the eye exam two days after I made the appointment. The staff was super.

I felt my appointment went smooth and quickly. The provider and technician were very nice and easy to talk to and understand. I would tell people to go to them.

This Dr. made my day. I was thinking the worse of my eyes. She solved my problem. Made me feel better.

The big miss for me was not being informed about having my eyes dilated. Drops were administered and I got a little concerned that I was losing my sight, a simple explanation of what was about to happen would have sufficed. Lastly adding this detail when making an appointment could help avoid losing time after the appointment due to not having great sight. Other than that care was great. Thank you

Dr. Laliberte-Lorenz was phenomenal! She took time to answer my questions, was genuinely kind and has such a bubbly personality! I highly recommend her to anyone. I could tell that she is a compassionate and caring individual. I'm excited to see her again next year.

This was the first time I met Ms. Lorenz, my previous provider was retiring. Ms. Lorenz was very professional, explained thing well, very thorough in her exam. She had a lot of confident , caring energy.

I was late for my appointment and would have understood if I would have had to reschedule it but the Doctor said she could work me in and she did! My appointment was not rushed a the Doctor and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. This being my very first eye appointment I was very happy with the answers to my questions and concerns. The only negative comment was the long wait for the doctor to show up. Rather than have your patients wait for 35 or 45 minutes in the exam room maybe schedule fewer appointments to right size the doctors work load
