This was my fist appt in about 15 years, primarily due to fear of folks being around my eyes, and though a routine/basic exam, Dr. Laliberte made this experience seamless and enjoyable. A very kind and easy going provider and would trust her with any future optometry needs. Thank you!

I was impressed with the service I received. The front desk staff was very helpful. The doctor answered all my questions and treated me with respect. I was really concerned about why my eye sight was changing and she explained what was going on. She cared about my health and my questions.

This was my first visit with my new eye doctor. Dr. Laliberte-Lorenz was exceptional! She provided me with eye health information that my previous eye doctor did not bother to share with me the few years that I had seen her. I am very grateful to have found such an excellent and very caring doctor. Lucky me! :)

She was an awesome doctor and if you can acknowledge her that would be great! I don't have a lot of good experiences with your hospital or clinic but she was an exception!

This was my 1st appointment with Stephanie, and I would rate my visit 10++++. From the minute Stephanie walked in the room, I knew I would like her. She had a very friendly smile, a warm handshake and a very welcoming and friendly demeanor. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and answered my questions thoroughly and in a way I knew she really cared. I will definitely return to her for my annual eye exam, and I know I can contact her with additional questions or concerns if I have them.

The young girl who checked me in and out, was busy doing on line shopping, for dresses. I apologized for interrupting her time. Very unprofessional. I'm getting fed up with not being able to tell the staff from the patients. Your automated phone calls for reminding don't work and haven't for some time. Neither lady at the desk was able to give me information on any questions. The doctor told me one thing and they said something different.

Awesome experience, have only had one eye doctor in my lifetime. My new doctor was great and everything I was hoping for.

I was pleasantly shocked at the system of providing an earlier appointment when it became available. I was able to schedule the eye exam two days after I made the appointment. The staff was super.

I felt my appointment went smooth and quickly. The provider and technician were very nice and easy to talk to and understand. I would tell people to go to them.

This Dr. made my day. I was thinking the worse of my eyes. She solved my problem. Made me feel better.

The big miss for me was not being informed about having my eyes dilated. Drops were administered and I got a little concerned that I was losing my sight, a simple explanation of what was about to happen would have sufficed. Lastly adding this detail when making an appointment could help avoid losing time after the appointment due to not having great sight. Other than that care was great. Thank you

Dr. Laliberte-Lorenz was phenomenal! She took time to answer my questions, was genuinely kind and has such a bubbly personality! I highly recommend her to anyone. I could tell that she is a compassionate and caring individual. I'm excited to see her again next year.

This was the first time I met Ms. Lorenz, my previous provider was retiring. Ms. Lorenz was very professional, explained thing well, very thorough in her exam. She had a lot of confident , caring energy.

My first visit with the new Dr., she was very nice and informative. I think I will be very happy with her as a replacement for Dr. Lorenz whom I have had for several years. Congrats to her on her retirement also!

Yes, it was my first visit to doctor and I enjoyed her very much. She was very thorough and a very nice person.

I was late for my appointment and would have understood if I would have had to reschedule it but the Doctor said she could work me in and she did! My appointment was not rushed a the Doctor and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. This being my very first eye appointment I was very happy with the answers to my questions and concerns. The only negative comment was the long wait for the doctor to show up. Rather than have your patients wait for 35 or 45 minutes in the exam room maybe schedule fewer appointments to right size the doctors work load

Dr. Laliberte did an outstanding job with my eye exam! She was very thorough and provided additional guidance about how to best take care of my eyes and vision. She also clearly explained how my vision is changing and what may happen next. I am completely happy to have her as my eye care doctor!

Everything thing went very well.

When I tried to check in on the computer, some things didn't seem to be complete. But when I checked in, I was assured that everything was good.

I really appreciated during the exam I was told what Dr Stephanie was looking at and why. Best eye exam ever, seems silly but knowing what she was seeing and looking for in my eyes was a whole new wonderful experience.

My daughter's provider was great and explained everything in detail to us. I'm so thankful they got us in same day especially since my daughter hasn't seen an eye doctor there before.

We followed Dr. Stephanie from Winona Health. She is an amazing provider who truly cares for her patients. She treats my daughter so well and explains every step of the process as they do it. She also takes time to answer any questions my daughter or I have, and explains them so we understand. She always makes us feel comfortable and welcome. She always makes sure we have answers to all of our questions before we leave, and we know that we can contact her for any questions or issues that would come up. Her follow-up is great and we couldn't ask for a better provider!

The files in my chart say they are corrupted once I download them.

She was very thorough with my exam and eased my concerns about a new retinal tear. I was thankful that she was able to get me into her schedule on late notice.

I was very impressed with Dr. Stephanie Laliberte-Lorenz! She told me that my eyes see a little differently and with the reading I do, prescription glasses would be beneficial. I have not been told that before. I ordered glasses before I left. I like her very much!
