Easy and very satisfying

I am extremely frustrated with My Chart. No matter how many times I have changed my password, I still can't get in without receiving a code on my phone. It should not be this hard for anyone, no matter how old I am!! FIX IT!

I have been a Gundersen patient for 30+ years and I have never had a bad experience.

On line mychart communication. I'd prefer virtual visit. Waiting to see if otc medication works Would have preferred doctor prescribed medication.

I was very pleased with my visit. Stephenie listened to my concerns and was very understanding. She also gave me good information in regard to getting signed up for Medicare and Supplemental insurance. Good visit

I answered 5 to overall experience only because the MyChart checking experience is long, deceiving, and when the nurse rooms me, they ask me the same questions about medications, allergies, etc. Furthermore, for some reason o now get text reminders which I do not recall signing up for so assuming that permission was hidden somewhere within the check in process. All Emplify System issues, not local clinic issues.
